Ray Brown is the founder of Smoke Circle, the man behind EMPWR Men’s Workshops and director of AWAKEN 3-day men's retreats.
Having guided 10,000+ men and mentored 700+ businesses through real transformation.
His work blends modern psychology, neuroscience-informed coaching,
and grounded brotherhood to help high-achieving men get out of the “success prison” and lead with clarity, discipline and presence.

Question 1: Do I need to be a cigar smoker?
No. First time cigar smokers are welcome. The experience is guided and the vibe is stoic.
Question 2: Is this a drinking event?
No. Single Malt Whiskey is part of the premium experience, but the intention is quality and presence, not getting drunk.
The standard is grounded, respectful, and high-caliber.
Question 3: What should I wear?
Smart casual. Collared shirt, trousers, clean closed in shoes. Clean, sharp, comfortable.
Question 4: Can I bring a mate?
Yes - you can refer a friend to purchase a ticket. . Seats are limited.
